Transfer to hotel / Directions:

Individual transfer to the hotel: Please book your own train tickets and arrange your own transfer to/from the airport and hotel. We recommend that those arriving by plane take the train and then a bus to Morschach to avoid traffic issues. The journey will take approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes from the airport. In most cases, you will need to change trains once or twice (at Zurich Main Station and Arth-Goldau) to reach Brunnen. Once in Brunnen, take Bus 504 (direction “Morschach”) and get off at the “Swiss Holiday Park” stop, which is an 11-minute drive.

Travelling by train from Zurich Airport to Morschach:

Zurich Airport train station is located directly underneath the airport, below Airport Shopping / Check-in 3:

• Follow the signs for “Train / Bahn / SBB”

• Head towards Airport Shopping / Check-in 3

• From there, go downstairs to the platforms

You do not need to leave the airport building.

Train tickets can be purchased either on the SBB website, at the ticket vending machines, or at the SBB Travel Centre.

The SBB Travel Centre is located in Airport Shopping near Check-in 3, directly one floor above Zurich Airport train station. Opening hours: from 06.15 am to 11.00 pm.

The ticket vending machines can be found next to the SBB travel centre.

Parking:

For the colleagues travelling by car (if possible please use carpooling), you can park in the garage of the hotel. Cost: CHF 12/day will be charged on the overall invoice.

Accomodiation:

The hotel rooms will be booked as per your registration.

Travelling in Switzerland:

For those of you travelling to Switzerland for the first time:

Switzerland is a very safe country. You can use public transportation without any concerns.

Of course, you should still take the usual precautions and keep an eye on your personal belongings.
